Tanning
aficionados are thinking twice after a new report that says
tanning beds and other sources of ultraviolet radiation are
deadly as arsenic and mustard gas.

Is
Airbrush Tanning Safe? Absolutely! Airbrush tanning is the fastest, safest way to have
an instant bronze without the premature aging and skin damage
that UV rays cause. The active ingredient in airbrush tanning
solutions is DHA (dihydroxyacetone) which has been approved for
use in sunless tanning by the FDA for over 30 years. DHA derived from raw sugar
cane and reacts with the amino acids (proteins) in the outer layer of the skin
to produce a bronze color. Our solution is a premium product to produce a
natural looking color that we customize to your skin tone.
Can
Airbrush Tanning Affect my Tattoo's?
Absolutely Not! Airbrush tanning solution will not affect the look or color of
your tattoo. If you have a tattoo with vibrate colors, the solution will enhance
it more times then not. Awesome to be able to get a tan and brighten your ink.
The sun can't do that.

Will
Airbrush Tanning Stain my Clothes or Sheets? We
definitely recommend you wear dark, loose clothing to try to
prevent the color guard from rubbing off on your clothes. If you
do see some color rub off prior to your first shower, it should
completely wash out when you wash your clothes. Do not wear
spandex/lycra, wool, nylon, silk, or leather as these can all
stain.
How Long
will the Airbrush Tanning Take? It should
take no longer than 15 to 20 minutes for a full body tan depending on if you double
up (two coats). Since Ink n Tan™ always doubles up (unless
specified not to), it usually
takes 20 minutes from prep to drying time.
How Long
will my Airbrush Tan Last? Your
airbrush tan typically will last between 7-10 days depending on your after tan
skincare. The day after your tan, we recommend moisturizing daily (2 times a day
for very dry skin). Using a moisturizing lotion or tan extender will help extend the life
of your tan. We have had clients have their tan last well over two weeks.
What do I
Wear During my Tanning Appointment? You may
wear a dark, snug fitting swimsuit or undergarment. Some women opt
to have no tan lines at all. Men may not tan nude. We do ask that men wear some type
of undergarment. Boxers, boxer
briefs or underwear must be worn at all times. Clients under 18 must have a legal
guardian present, and may not under any circumstances tan nude or topless.

Can I Get a
Sunless Airbrush Tan in Addition to a Regular Tanning Bed?
Absolutely. In fact, the sunless tanning results are phenomenal over a nice base tan developed in a tanning bed. You should wait at least 24 hours before going into a tanning bed.
We would never recommend going into a tanning bed because of the health risk
attached to doing it along with the affects on tattoos.
Will a
Sunless Airbrush Tan Affect the Color of my Nails or my Nail Polish? The solution
will not discolor nail polish. However, the solution can cause
unnatural coloration of cuticles and around nails. Therefore, we
apply a specialized lotion and not a Barrier Cream to nails and cuticles
prior to a sunless spray application. The Ink n Tan™ Tantress™
will also wipe your nails down after the airbrush tan.
Is it Safe to Airbrush Tan When You Are Pregnant? We are

What
Sets Ink n Tan™ Apart From Another Tanning Outfit? Ink n Tan™ goes that extra step for every client! We separates ourselves
from our competition by using the industries top HVLP airbrush tanning equipment.
Our tanning equipment allows us to adjust the amount of spray that comes out so
we can contour your tan. Contouring allows us to shade in abs, thin out your
waist and thighs, and create shadowing to enhance your cleavage.
Our
sunless solution is a custom blend that gives what we feel is the best
bronzed
tan available on the market today. We do not charge for a double
dip. A double dip in the airbrush industry is when we apply two
coats of sunless solution instead of one. Most companies will
charge as much as $20 additional cost to do so. We want to make
sure our clients are completely covered and the tan is exactly
what they desire.
Immediately before your airbrush session, we also provide Sticky
Feet, which goes on the bottom of your feet so the sunless
solution will not stain the bottom of your feet. We also provide
a liquid that you use free of charge, to remove all impurities including
soap scum, oil and pollution, while balancing the ph in your
skin. This ensures that your tan will be beautiful, smooth, and
even. All the other smaller things such as nose plugs, hair
cover, baby wipes and so on is also all included in the charge
of the tan. Not to stop there, Ink n Tan™ immediately after your
tanning session, give you the VIP treatment and wipe off your
palms and nails.
We always
make your time enjoyable by making your tanning experience fun
and relaxing. We ensure that your experience with Ink n Tan™ will
not be match by others in the industry. Schedule your
appointment and get the VIP treatment you always deserved.
We also offer
an exfoliator mitten that nothing in the market can match. Once you use
it and see first hand how much dead skin comes off with it, you
will be blown away. We were blown away the first time we used it.
